Bump, Birth and Beyond is a six-week experiential group for pregnant/parenting mamas who want to feel informed, prepared, and confident from pregnancy through postpartum. Participants will work with certified doulas to make a plan for a healthy pregnancy, birth, and recovery.
Together, we’ll cover practical topics like nutrition, comfort measures for labor, and how to maintain their health during the postpartum period. You will create written birth and postpartum care plans to share with their doctor and birthing partner, so your choices are clear!
Date/Time: Tuesdays, August 25th to September 29 from 6-8pm

Mamas taking this class for the first time who complete all six groups will receive a $100 gift card!
