Who We Are
Our mission is to walk alongside teen mamas from isolation to community and support them as they reach their full potential.
When moms feel seen and included, we watch as their confidence grows. Their enthusiasm infuses our entire community with power. Together, we navigate complex systems that feel overwhelming when faced alone.
and I look at myself at 22,
“I look at myself at 18
and I see how much more confident I am.
It’s moving. My own story is moving to me.”

Our Core Values
Hope Relentlessly
We are agents of hope, and we lead with eyes that see untapped potential.
The world can be a dark and broken place. At Grace’s Table, we actively choose to see what could be. We believe in each other and our community.
Love Lavishly
We fiercely hold on to love as the most important tool in our work and relationships.
A common narrative is that too much love can hinder the effectiveness of work. At Grace’s Table, we believe love is the most powerful driver of transformation, and we also believe there’s no such thing as too much love.
Elevate Abundantly
We believe every interaction is an opportunity to lift each other up, and we refuse to tear each other down.
It can be easy to approach life with a scarcity mentality. At Grace’s Table, we commit to always elevating each other, our community and those without equal access.
Work Wholeheartedly
While together, we commit to being present with our whole hearts, minds and bodies.
Life is full of distractions. At Grace’s Table, we are driven by the passion and cause of our mission.
Rest and Play Unapologetically
We weave rhythms of rest and play through all that we do.
A culture that runs on performing and producing fuels burnout. At Grace’s Table, we understand that being a whole and healthy person means protecting and celebrating rest and play.

How we began
Our founder, Lisa Anderson understands what if feels like to be alone, isolated, and scared.
When she became pregnant at 17, she had to make difficult decisions to keep both her and her son housed and safe.
The challenges of parenting as a teen often felt overwhelming. She looked for community support, but found there weren’t any for her. She worked hard to gain stability and raise her son, Neil. Early in motherhood, she committed herself to creating a place where teen mamas could find support, belonging, and the skills to reach their potential.
In 2014, Lisa founded Grace’s Table. One mama showed up to the support group her first week. By week two, five moms showed up. Growing organically, Grace’s Table now connects with over 300 mamas and their children annually through seven weekly programs, community outreach, and a residential program.
