Supportive Care

On your first visit, you’ll get a case of diapers & wipes for each of your kiddos and all your hygiene items, too! Regular attendees are eligible to receive a Hope & Hygiene Kit once a month!

Hope & Hygiene Kits

Transportation should never be a barrier to connecting with other mamas. Each time you visit, we'll provide a $10 gas card or bus pass.

Transportation Support

Mental health support is available and free of charge. We make sure you find the right therapist and remove financial barriers to care.

Weekly Group Opportunities

  • Come just as you are! We’ll always have snacks and activities for you and your kiddos. While you’re here, you can connect with a Family Advocate for resources or basic needs, do some laundry, and build friendships with other mamas. No sign up required!

  • Whether you’re exploring or you’ve been part of a religious community your whole life, you are welcome. We are full of questions just like you! Together, we explore God, spirituality, and the love that ties us together. Bring your kiddos! No sign up required!

  • At Empowerment Groups, we gather to invest in each other and in skills that help you learn, earn and care. Childcare, a meal, and transportation support are always included! This year, we'll explore mental health, parenting, postpartum care, sexual health, nutrition, and more! Groups last from 4 to 6 weeks and registration is required.   • Working on an education or career goal? Starting a business? Need help completing DHHS or benefits paperwork? Join other mamas working hard just like you! Whether you’re just getting started or just need a cheer section, CEO School is for you! As always, your kiddos are welcome! No sign up required!

  • Playgroup is all about delighting in your kiddo! We’ll play together and learn developmental tools to foster the connection between you and your children. No sign up required - just come play!

  • Cohort is for mamas who are willing and able to commit to each other and themselves! Over 20 weeks, mamas meet to gather tools, set goals, and work together to see them accomplished. Applications for Cohort are open in November and May. Learn more about Cohorts here!

Grace’s Table’s housing program empowers mamas to find stability, healthy relationships, and long-term success. You can expect a safe environment for you and your child, individual support to reach your goals, and a community of mamas like you!
