Meal Prep at GT

Join us in the kitchen!

You know meals matter at Grace’s Table! To ensure that we always have meals you enjoy that are made with love, we’ll be prepping meals every week at GT - and you can join!


What to know

  • This opportunity is only for mamas who are part of the Grace's Table community.

  • You can sign up for one meal prep session per month.

  • Two mamas can help each week (kiddos, too!)

  • You'll can choose to take the meals you prep for GT programs home with you, too! When you sign up, you’ll see the meal options and be able to select any/all of the meals you’d like to take home.

  • As always, we’ll provide a gas card or bus pass.

  • Meal prep is every Monday from 10:30 am - 1/1:30 pm.

April 6th

  • Chicken Fajita Rice Bowls

  • Stuffed Shells + Garlic Bread

  • Mediterranean Pasta Salad + Chicken

  • French Toast Sticks + Yogurt + Fruit

March 30th

  • Chicken salad croissants, fruit platters, side salad, baked goods

  • Cheesy chicken, broccoli, rice casserole

  • Scrambled eggs + toast + fruit + bacon/sausage

  • Leftovers / snack plates

March 16th

  • Chicken alfredo bake + bread + salad

  • meatloaf + mashed potatoes + green beans

  • Ramen bar

  • Mini bagel sandwiches + apple sauce

March 23rd

  • Teriyaki chicken + rice + steamed veggies

  • Shepherd's Pie

  • Banana bread + hard boiled eggs + fruit

  • Lentil & veggie soup + bread
