We refer mamas to dedicated partners and host partners onsite every week! Whether to meet with a family, participate in an event, or co-facilitate a group, we create a welcoming space for you to connect.

Our goal is to connect Grace’s Table families with the resources and support they deserve.

Weekly Group Opportunities

Open Hours welcomes mamas and kiddos just as they are! We’ll always have snacks and activities. While here, they can connect with a Family Advocate for resources or basic needs, do some laundry, and build friendships with other mamas. No sign up required!

Whether they are exploring or have been part of a religious community their whole life, all mamas are welcome. We are full of questions just like them! Together, we explore God, spirituality, and the love that ties us together. Kiddos are welcome! No sign up required.

At Empowerment Groups, mamas gather to invest in each other and in skills that help them learn, earn and care. Childcare, a meal, and transportation support are always included! This year, we'll explore mental health, parenting, postpartum care, sexual health, nutrition, and more! Groups last from 4 to 6 weeks and registration is required. Are they working on an education or career goal? Starting a business? Need help completing DHHS or benefits paperwork? They can join other mamas working hard just like them! Whether they are getting started or just need a cheer section, CEO School is for them! As always, kiddos are welcome! No sign up required!

Playgroup is all about delighting in their kiddo! We’ll play together and learn developmental tools to foster the connection between mamas and their children. We utilize the evidenced-based curriculum The Incredible Years as the basis for our time. No sign up required - just come play!

Cohort is for mamas who are willing and able to commit to each other and themselves! Over 20 weeks, mamas meet to gather tools, set goals, and work together to see them accomplished. Applications for Cohort are open in November and May. Learn more about Cohorts here!

Every Friday, we head out into the community to enjoy parks, museums, libraries, and other fun locations! The location changes every week, so check our events calendar for the next spot!

We offer seven weekly programs to boost connection and confidence. Families always receive a meal and transportation support ($10 gas card or bus pass). They can also participate in our Empowerment Groups which include birth planning, parenting, financial literacy and other topics!
